For several editions now, Setecna ECP has been offering training courses to stay up to date on the latest developments in our products and to support installers, system technicians, and maintenance personnel in the best possible use and configuration of our systems.
Each edition of the courses is divided into four distinct types:
- Basic Course: provides a general introduction to our REG System, covering its architecture, installation methods, an overview of the proper use of RegConfig (the configuration software for the REG Systems), and basic logic principles. The course is accompanied by various practical examples from real-life situations.
- Remote Management Course with an introduction to TCP/IP Network Concepts: participants are introduced to network concept and the programming of some of our products dedicated to remote management (such as the REG-LAN-MK2, REG-LTE-4G, or DOT). The course includes using the remote management portal www.s5a.eu and analysing troubleshooting techniques for problematic situations.
- Course on Thermal Control Units: This course delves deeper into the configuration dynamics of our systems. It examines zone management, timers, direct/mixed circuits, and management using sources like Opentherm, and much more.
- Course on Distribution and Radiant Heating/Cooling Systems (zones, dehumidifiers, VMC, circuits): This course provides in-depth instruction on zone management, dehumidification, VMC units, and the specifics of direct/mixed circuits with all relevant examples.
