Purpose
The personal data you provide on this site will be used for contract execution purposes in order to process your request for information related to company activities or for your other requests of yours, as well as for the pursuit of instrumental and/or complementary purposes, such as archiving, processing in full compliance with the principle of correctness and lawfulness and with the provisions of the law, for the sending of documentation relating to the products and services marketed by us and relevant to your request, to invite you to information and update events of your interest, and possibly to be contacted by one of our collaborators as well as for the sending of communications on future commercial and promotional initiatives, announcements of services and offers of the owner and for the sending of information and of promotional messages relating to his activity, as well as for related and instrumental purposes. Some of your data will also be processed to allow you better navigation within the site and/or to guarantee you access to some website features.

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These technical/IT data are collected and used exclusively in an aggregate and non-identifying manner and could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site. Data provided voluntarily by the visitor
This is all Personal Data freely released by the visitor on the Site, for example, to register and/or access a reserved area, to download free resources, to request information on a specific product or service using a form, to subscribe to the newsletter service to write to an e-mail address or to call a telephone number displayed on the Site in order to have direct contact with the company or to be contacted again (for the purpose, for example, of requesting assistance or more information on a product/service of the Controller).
The Personal Data that will be requested for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes will be those indicated in the registration and/or contact form, by way of example and not limited to: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone numbers and/or mobile phone number, including WhatsApp contacts. This processing will be lawful pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Regulation (execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the interested party) as well as for the fulfillment of any legal obligations.
To allow the Data Controller to carry out the processing activities for these purposes, it will be necessary to provide the Personal Data requested in the appropriate forms. In case of failure to complete even one of the fields marked as mandatory, it may not be possible to proceed with the processing of your Personal Data and, consequently, to provide you with the information and services requested.
The Personal Data you provide, if you have expressly consented, may also be used to send you promotional material relating to the services offered by the Data Controller. This treatment will be lawful pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Regulation (consent of the interested party). Pursuant to article 7, paragraph 3 of the Regulation, you can always revoke your consent, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before the revocation. The procedures for withdrawing consent are indicated in the paragraph “Withdrawal of consent and exercise of rights” of this Information.
Processing methods
The procedures described will be carried out using IT systems and paper media protected by adequate technical and organizational security measures. Failure to provide data will not give rise to any procedure, not guaranteeing the requested service.
Content embedded from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly in the same way as if the visitor had visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, integrate additional third-party tracking and monitor your interaction with them, including tracking your interaction with embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to those websites. In this regard, the Data Controller cannot be held responsible for the possible management of personal data by third party websites and for the management of authentication credentials provided by third parties.
Recipients
The data collected will not be disclosed, sold or exchanged with third parties without your explicit consent, except for any limited communications that are necessary to guarantee the execution of a service, to process the request or by statutory obligations.
Specifically, they could be communicated to third parties who carry out part of the Processing activities and/or activities connected and instrumental to them on behalf of the Data Controller, specifically appointed as Data Processors or, where required by law or to prevent or suppress the commission of a crime, your Personal Data may be communicated to public authorities or to the judicial authority without these being defined as Recipients (pursuant to art. 4 in paragraph 9), of the Regulation.
Extra EU transfer
The data of the interested party will not be transferred to non-European countries. If for technical and/or operational reasons it should be necessary to communicate with parties located outside the European Union, we will immediately inform you that these parties will be appointed as Data Processors pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 28 of the Regulation. In the event that in the future the Data should be transferred to non-European countries or international organizations, all the provisions of Chapter V (EU Regulation 2016/679) will be respected in order to ensure an adequate level of protection.
In any case, you may request further details from the Data Controller if your Personal Data have been processed outside the European Union, requesting evidence of the specific guarantees adopted.
How long we keep your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and the related metadata are kept until the end of the interest in the conversation and in any case no later than ten years from the first comment and in any case they will be deleted as soon as possible if you request it. This allows us to automatically recognize and approve any subsequent comments instead of holding them in a moderation queue. The data you provide when accessing the site via cookies will be kept no later than 2 months from the last visit and in any case no later than your request for cancellation.
Rights of the interested party
At any time you may exercise, pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, the
right to:
- Request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data;

- Object to processing at any time and also in case of treatment the event of processing for direct marketing purposes;

- Ask the data controller to access personal data and to correct them or either to cancel them or to limit their processing or to object to their processing, in addition to the right to data portability.
Withdrawal of Consent and exercise of rights
You can interrupt the processing covered by this information at any time by writing your intentions to the Data Controller, without affecting in any way the operations lawfully carried out up to that moment.
